What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for a non-refundable advance credit card payment of 20% of your pretax room rate at the time of booking. For monthly rentals, we ask for the last month's rent two weeks prior to arrival.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please tell us as soon as possible. The earlier you cancel, the lower your cancellation fee!
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we need to charge 100% of the first night, 50% of the next 6 nights and 20% of all subsequent nights. If you cancel with fewer than 7 days notice, we need to charge 50% of each night that falls within the under 7 day range and 20% beyond that. If you cancel with more than 7 days notice, you only lose the 20% non-refundable deposit.
We can give you an invoice of your cancelation fees, so you can submit them to your travel insurance carrier.
